**Short answer:** Lemon's Telegram bot sends job offers, confirmations, reminders and changes to cleaners for free, instantly, with read state. A cleaner links once by opening the bot and entering a connect code from the host; from then on every message carries the job link. 15 of Lemon's 20 production cleaners use Telegram.

## Linking a cleaner

1. Add the cleaner in Lemon with contact method Telegram.
2. Lemon shows a short connect code. The cleaner opens the Lemon bot in Telegram and sends the code (or taps the deep link the host forwards).
3. Lemon links the chat to the cleaner. Codes are single-use and expire; every link attempt is recorded for audit.

## What the cleaner receives

Job offers with property, address, date, time, type and expiry; a confirmation with the schedule link; reminders; reconfirmation requests ("Reply YES"); late-checkout updates; cancellations. Messages queue in a database-backed queue and drain every few seconds with rate limiting, so a burst of jobs does not hit Telegram's limits. Quiet hours hold messages overnight if the organisation enables them.

## Two-way

Cleaners can reply in the chat. Lemon answers questions about their jobs (today's schedule, an address, a time) directly in Telegram, so the cleaner does not need to open anything to check.

## Why Telegram first

No template approval, no per-message cost, delivery and read state, and a cleaner can link in under a minute. For teams the host controls, it is the recommendation.
