**Short answer:** You manage properties for owners, list them on Booking.com and Airbnb, and run the cleaning through WhatsApp groups and a spreadsheet. Lemon replaces the "who is cleaning tomorrow" conversation with a cascade that runs itself, and gives the owner photo proof.

## A Tuesday in August, before

A Booking.com guest extends by a night; the Airbnb calendar has not caught up; the cleaner is already on the way. Another apartment's checkout was in the feed yesterday and is not today — was it cancelled? The owner in Nicosia texts: "is Neapolis ready?" You do not know. You phone.

## The same Tuesday, with Lemon

The extension moved the job on the next five-minute sync and the cleaner got the new time. The vanished booking is flagged "possibly cancelled" with the job still assigned; you check the extranet, tap "Keep it", done. Neapolis has four photos in the approval queue, one per room; you approve from the beach. The owner has the same photos.

## What co-hosts use most
