**Short answer:** Every property carries its own checklist items, photo areas and replenishment items. The cleaner ticks the checklist from the job link, reports what supplies were used up, and can raise an issue with a title and description. The host receives the report, and supply usage flows into per-property stock tracking with low-stock warnings.

## Three lists per property

1. **Checklist items** — the tasks. Written once per property, shown to every cleaner who ever works there, so the standard does not depend on who turns up.
2. **Photo areas** — the rooms or spots that need a photo before finishing.
3. **Replenishment items** — consumables the cleaner reports on (toilet paper, coffee, bin bags). Reporting "used the last one" feeds the property's stock and the host's supply-needs panel.

## What the cleaner does

From the job link: start the job (with an optional GPS check that the cleaner is at the property), work through the checklist, take the photos, submit the supplies report, and finish. Any item can be left unticked with a note; the host sees an incomplete report rather than a silent omission. A separate issue form lets the cleaner report damage or a problem with a title and description, which reaches the host as `problem_reported`.

## What the host gets

- A checklist report per job, timestamped, listing completed and skipped items.
- Cleanliness scoring with a per-organisation threshold (default 70) that hosts can use to review low-scoring jobs.
- Supply needs on the dashboard, grouped by property, with a "mark handled" action.
- An average cleaning time per property, computed from actual start and finish times, shown to cleaners on future offers.

## Why per property and not per organisation

A studio and a four-bedroom villa need different lists, and a cleaner working both should not have to remember which is which. Per-property lists also let a property manager who oversees three specific homes edit only those.
