**Short answer:** Hosts and co-hosts running 1 to 50 short-term rentals who coordinate their own cleaners — typically on Booking.com and Airbnb via iCal, with cleaners on Telegram or WhatsApp — and small management companies up to 50 units. It is built in Cyprus for Mediterranean turnover patterns. It is not a cleaning marketplace and not enterprise property-management software.

## The four people who get the most out of it

1. **The co-host** running 3 to 30 units for owners, who currently lives in WhatsApp groups and a colour-coded spreadsheet. Lemon replaces the "who is cleaning what tomorrow" conversation with a cascade that runs itself and photo proof the owner can see.
2. **The owner-operator** with one to four units, whose whole system is one cleaner and a prayer. Lemon gives them a backup cleaner without a phone call, and a photo before the guest arrives.
3. **The small management company** with 20 to 50 units and an operations lead, who needs roles (co-host, property manager with limited permissions), property groups, payout export, supply stock, and an audit trail of every job.
4. **The Hospitable, Guesty or Hostaway user** who wants cleaning dispatch deeper than their PMS offers, connected directly rather than through iCal.

## Where it fits, and where it does not

- Lemon's home market is Cyprus — 14 of its 16 organisations are on a Cyprus timezone — and its calendar engine was built against Booking.com's behaviour, which dominates Mediterranean markets. Greece, Malta, Spain, Portugal and Italy have the same shape.
- Lemon coordinates **your** cleaners. It does not find cleaners for you and it is not a marketplace.
- Lemon is not a PMS. It does not message guests, set prices or manage listings; Travellor (included) handles the guest welcome page.
- Above 50 properties, talk to us. The software scales, the pricing tier does not yet exist.

## The honest size of Lemon today

16 organisations, 24 active properties, 18 feeds, 20 cleaners, in production since February 2026 — and a calendar engine that has processed 129,351 fetches in the last 30 days without a false cancellation surfacing as a host complaint since the identity rules shipped.
