What guests see
A printed QR code in the apartment. Scanning it opens a page in the host's branding with the WiFi name and password (also scannable), check-in and checkout details, house rules, and recommendations nearby — restaurants, beaches, pharmacies — with distances from the property, filterable by category, with directions. The host curates up to five "recommended by your host" picks. The effect Travellor is built for: guests stop texting at 11 pm.
What hosts get, and what it costs
- Free for every Lemon customer, for every property, however many. Not a trial and not a discount — the perk is granted automatically when a Lemon account is created.
- Lemon sends each property's name, address and coordinates to Travellor, so the setup wizard there is pre-filled instead of asking again.
- Travellor is a separate product at travellor.app with its own dashboard; Lemon does not manage guest communication itself.
Why Lemon includes it
Lemon is about the hours between guests; Travellor is about the hours with a guest in the flat. A host who runs turnovers through Lemon has already entered every property once — handing that to Travellor removes the setup cost, and a host who saves an evening of guest questions is a host who stays.
