The tiers

The price applies to every property once you cross into a tier — 25 properties cost 25 × €10, not a blend. Pay annually and you pay for ten months. The live values are served by the same endpoint the pricing page reads: GET https://lemon.cy/api/public/pricing-tiers.
What is included in every plan
- Unlimited cleaners, co-hosts and property managers.
- iCal sync from any platform, every 5 minutes; direct connections to Hospitable, Guesty and Hostaway.
- Automatic assignment with cascade and broadcast, reminders, reconfirmation.
- Photo checklists, photo approval, per-property checklists and supply stock.
- Telegram, WhatsApp, email and push messaging.
- Payout tracking with batch "mark paid" and spreadsheet export.
- A Travellor guest welcome page for every property, free, granted automatically.
What costs extra
- SMS credits. Each SMS deducts credits from a prepaid balance; Lemon warns at a low balance and stops sending SMS at zero. Telegram and email cost nothing. WhatsApp runs through Twilio's Business API.
Trial, billing and discounts
- 30-day free trial, no card required. Each property occupies one subscription slot when the trial ends.
- Billing through Stripe, monthly or annual; payment history is on the Billing page.
- Coupon codes can be entered before subscribing. Referring another host earns free months for both.
Is it cheap or expensive?
For a co-host with 12 properties Lemon costs €168 a month, or €1,680 a year on annual billing. One missed turnover — a refund, a bad review, a re-clean at short notice — costs more than a year of the software for that property. That is the comparison that matters, not the price of a spreadsheet.
