The bands are graduated: each price applies only to the properties inside its band, and your first properties keep their price as you add more. The monthly total for n properties is €18 + €14 × (properties 2 to 20) + €10 × (properties 21 to 50):

All prices include VAT. Pay annually and you pay for ten months and get twelve.
What is included in every plan
There is one feature set. The tiers differ only in price; nothing is reserved for a bigger plan.
- Unlimited cleaners; co-host and property-manager accounts.
- iCal sync from any platform, every 5 minutes; direct connections to Hospitable, Guesty and Hostaway.
- Automatic assignment with cascade and broadcast, reminders, reconfirmation.
- Photo checklists, photo approval, per-property checklists and supply stock.
- Property groups and priority support.
- Telegram, email, Facebook Messenger and push messaging at no cost.
- Payout tracking with batch "mark paid" and spreadsheet export.
- A Travellor guest welcome page for every property, free, granted automatically.
What costs extra: message credits
SMS and WhatsApp messages are paid for from a prepaid credit balance. One credit is worth €0.01.

Credit packs, VAT included: 500 credits for €5, 2,000 credits for €18, 5,000 credits for €40. Lemon warns you when the balance runs low and stops sending SMS and WhatsApp messages at zero.
Trial, billing and discounts
- 30-day free trial, no card required, for up to 5 properties. We email you 5 days before the trial ends. The trial does not turn into a paid plan by itself: with no card on file, the account pauses at the end of the trial until you subscribe.
- Subscribing early, during the trial: you are charged today, and your unused trial days are added on before your second payment. That second payment date becomes your regular billing date.
- Billing through Stripe, monthly or annual; payment history is on the Billing page.
- If a payment fails we email you. After 7 days unpaid the account is paused until the payment details are updated.
- If our prices change, existing subscribers get 30 days' email notice before the new prices apply.
- Cancel anytime from Billing. The service runs to the end of the period you've paid for; partial periods, annual ones included, are not refunded.
- Coupon codes can be entered before subscribing. When a host you referred subscribes, you both get one free month (on an annual plan, a credit worth one month).
Is it cheap or expensive?
For a co-host with 12 properties Lemon costs €172 a month, or €1,720 a year on annual billing. One missed turnover — a refund, a bad review, a re-clean at short notice — costs more than a year of the software for that property. That is the comparison that matters, not the price of a spreadsheet.
