How does Lemon.cy know when to schedule a turnover?
It reads the booking calendars you connect every five minutes. The moment a guest checkout appears, Lemon creates a cleaning job at the property's checkout time and starts offering it to your cleaners two weeks ahead. You can auto-approve or review each one.
Do my cleaners need an account or an app?
No. Each cleaner receives job offers on Telegram, WhatsApp, SMS or email with a link. The link opens today's job, the address, the access details and the photo checklist. Nothing to install, no password.
What if a guest extends their stay?
Lemon picks up the changed checkout on the next five-minute sync, moves the cleaning job, and tells the assigned cleaner the new time. A change to the check-in alone never touches the job, because only the checkout drives the clean.
Can I keep using my current PMS?
Yes. Hospitable, Guesty and Hostaway connect directly. Lodgify, Smoobu and everything else work through their iCal export link.
How do payouts work?
You set a fee per property or per cleaner. Lemon totals what each cleaner is owed, lets you mark payments in batches, and exports a spreadsheet for your accountant.
