Hospitable handles your guests. Lemon hands every checkout to a cleaner.

A cleaning job offer on a cleaner's phone — property, address, date, time, and accept or decline buttons
Lemon.cy

In short

Hospitable already holds the reservation — dates, status, real cancellations. Connect it to Lemon in one click and every checkout becomes an offered, accepted cleaning job: webhook in seconds, your first-choice cleaner messaged, 92 per cent of offers accepted at a median 37 minutes. No calendar guesswork, €14 per property per month.

You automated the guests, not the turnover

Hospitable answers the guest, sends the check-in details, moves the prices. Then a checkout lands and you open WhatsApp: which flat, what time, is Maria free, has she read it, did she go. The reservation is already sitting in Hospitable in a clean, structured form — and you are the connector between it and your cleaning team, retyping the same six fields by hand, eleven times a week.

One click, and the checkout has a cleaner

Lemon is an approved Hospitable Public API vendor. You authorise it once in Settings → Integrations → Hospitable, Lemon shows the properties Hospitable returns and asks for your consent before importing any of them, and each imported property switches to Hospitable as its booking source. Its iCal feeds are switched off automatically, so the two sources cannot disagree about the same night.

From then on, reservations arrive by webhook in seconds, with a 30-minute poll as a backstop for anything a webhook missed. Lemon keeps the dates, status, platform, guest count and reservation code; guest names and contact details are dropped at ingest, because scheduling a clean does not need them. Two production properties run on this connection as of September 2026. Cleaning lives in Lemon — nothing is written back into your Hospitable account.

What then happens without you

Every checkout becomes a cleaning job at that property's checkout time — 11:00 unless you set another. Two weeks before the date, Lemon offers the job to your first-choice cleaner for that property, on the channel they already use: Telegram for 15 of Lemon's 20 production cleaners, WhatsApp for 3, SMS or email for the rest. The message carries the property, address, date, time and access details. One tap accepts it.

An offer nobody answers expires after 60 minutes — 10 minutes for urgent jobs — and passes to the next cleaner in the order you set. If the list runs out, you hear about it once, instead of discovering it on the day.

In production, 360 of 392 offers have been accepted — 92 per cent — at a median of 37 minutes from offer to acceptance. The cleaner works from the job link with no app and no login, ticks that property's checklist, and submits a photo per area before the job can be closed. Since 12 February 2026: 533 cleaning jobs created, 916 photos submitted, median clean 93 minutes.

The evenings you skip by connecting directly

The calendar-only version of this work is noisier than most hosts realise. In the 30 days to 10 September 2026, across 18 iCal feeds, Lemon made 1,445 booking decisions: 1,240 times it pinned a check-in that a feed had started walking forward mid-stay, 78 times it re-linked a stay that had reappeared under a new identifier, and only 10 times did it cancel a job because a booking had genuinely gone.

A Hospitable connection removes that whole category. A cancellation is an explicit event, not an absence to be interpreted, so there is no confirmation window to wait through and no job left hanging while software decides whether a guest still exists. Your cleaner is told once, correctly.

What it costs

€18 a month for one property, €14 each from 2 to 20, €10 each from 21 to 50. Arithmetic: five Hospitable properties is €70 a month, all cleaners included, Telegram and WhatsApp messaging included. The trial is 30 days and needs no card, and your existing Hospitable setup is untouched until you connect it.

Fifteen minutes to see it on your own properties

Connect Hospitable, import one property, and Lemon lists the checkouts it has received and what it would do with each one before you invite a single cleaner. Invite one, and the next checkout is offered for real — to them, in seconds, on the app in their hand. Your part of the turnover becomes reading the word "done".
