The price, with no asterisks
Lemon is priced per property per month, and the rate falls as you grow:

So one flat is €18 a month. A co-host with six is €84. A management company with 25 is €250. More than 50, talk to us. Annual billing takes two months off. What every plan includes
There is one feature set. The plans differ in price per property and in the team features that only matter at scale, not in what a turnover gets:
- Unlimited cleaners. Add the whole team and the backup team; you are not billed per person.
- Every calendar. Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and any iCal link, re-read every five minutes. Hospitable, Guesty and Hostaway by direct connection. Google Calendar as your own view.
- Automatic assignment with a cascade order per property and broadcast for urgent jobs; offers expire in 60 minutes (10 when urgent) and move on.
- Photo checklists and photo approval, a photo per area, per job, kept.
- Messaging on Telegram, WhatsApp, SMS and email. Telegram and WhatsApp are included; SMS uses credits.
- Supply stock per property with low-stock warnings.
- Payout tracking — a fee per property or per cleaner, batches marked paid, a spreadsheet for your accountant.
- A free Travellor guest page for every property: a QR code in the flat opens a branded welcome page with WiFi, check-in, house rules and the good places nearby.

What €84 replaces
Put it against the six-property co-host's month described in the hidden hours: several hundred messages, the waiting, the Sunday phone. Then put it against one missed turnover — the guest who arrives to an uncleaned flat, the refund, the review — which a schedule run from memory produces sooner or later. Lemon's own numbers: 533 cleaning jobs created from calendars since February, 92 per cent of offers accepted, a median 37 minutes to accept, and only 10 automatic cancellations in the last 1,445 sync decisions.
Whether that is worth €14 a property is a calculation you can do in a minute with your own figures, and it is usually a short one.
What it is not
Lemon is not a marketplace for finding cleaners; it runs the team you have. It is not a hotel PMS, and it is not for operators with hundreds of units and an operations-software budget to match. It is for the co-host with six flats, the owner with two, and the company with thirty, who are running the cleaning today on WhatsApp and a spreadsheet and would rather not.
What the trial shows you in fifteen minutes
Add a property with its checkout time, paste one calendar link, and Lemon lists every checkout it finds and what it would do with each one before you have invited a single cleaner. Invite one, and the next checkout is offered for real. Thirty days, no card, and nothing happens to your existing arrangements until you say so.
