Turnovers are the unit of work Lemon exists to schedule. Each one carries the property, the scheduled date and time, the job type (checkout, mid_stay or manual), an urgency, the assigned cleaner, the checklist and photo areas, and a timeline: offered, confirmed, started (optionally with a GPS check), photos submitted, completed. 506 of the 533 jobs Lemon has created since February 2026 are checkout turnovers; the median takes 93 minutes.
A turnover is also the unit the calendar engine protects. Every guard in the sync — re-key adoption, the forward-trim pin, the merged-block rules, the imminent window — exists so that a turnover that is real keeps its cleaner and a turnover that is not does not send one. The average stay on Lemon's estate is 4.8 nights, so a property sees roughly six turnovers a month in season.
